Edward White

Mr. Edward White, age 67, of Broaddus, Texas, passed away Thursday, April 30, 2026, peacefully at home with his family by his side.

He was born February 23, 1959, in Lufkin, Texas, to parents John and Laverne (Fredregrill) White. He was a lifelong pipeliner... he could do it all from operating to becoming an inspector for many years. 

Edward married the love of his life, Teresa White, on May 3, 2003, and everyone knows that Edward was definitely the love of Teresa's life. he loved all of his family dearly and they all loved him. he was known as "Paw Paw Fat Head," and often "Fat Head Ed," by friends and family.

Survivors: His wife, Teresa White of Broaddus, Texas; his daughter, Shelby Lowe and husband Christopher of Hemphill, Texas; his grandson, Levi Perry and wife Aubrey of San Augustine, Texas; granddaughter, Callie Lowe of Hemphill, Texas; grandson, Caul Lowe of Hemphill, Texas; great-granddaughter, Ellison Jane Perry of San Augustine, Texas; parents-in-law, Barney and Janie Weatherford of Broaddus, Texas; brothers-in-law, Paul Weatherford of Broaddus, Texas, and Tim Weatherford and wife Angie of San Augustine, Texas; brother, John Charles White and wife Barbara of Lufkin, Texas; sisters, Sharon Reeves of Fairfield, Texas, and Candy Dickinson of Lufkin, Texas; and many nieces and nephews.

Edward was preceded in death by his parents, John and Laverne Fredregrill White; his son, Michael Edward White; daughter, Summer Jane Crawford; and a sister, Carla White.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, May 3, 2026, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine, Texas.

Funeral services are set for 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 4, 2026, at Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel with Bro. Chris Collins officiating. Committal services and interment will follow at Hebron Cemetery, located on County Road 4600 near Broaddus, Texas.

Pallbearers: Levi Perry, Paul Weatherford, Tim Weatherford, Brent Weatherford, Christopher Lowe, Brock Weatherford, Kevin Dickinson, and Michael Hardy.
