Larry E. Jones

Mr. Larry E. Jones, age 65, of Milam, Texas, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at his residence.

Mr. Jones was born June 22, 1960, in Houston, Texas, to parents Eiland and Estelle (Reynolds) Jones and had been a longtime resident of Sabine and Shelby Counties. He worked several years as an electrician and had also worked at Wal*Mart in Center.

His survivors include his wife, Judy A. Jones of Milam, Texas; sons, Larry Hollie and wife Kallie of Starks, Louisiana, and Robert Gore of Milam, Texas; grandchildren, Chandler Hollie, Jaxson Gore, Kaigen Hollie, Emma Gore, and Gracen Hollie; a brother, Larry Dale Jones; and a host of other relatives, friends, and neighbors.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eiland and Estelle Jones.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 15, 2025, at The Refuge Church, located at 400 New Hope Drive (off Hwy. 87 North) near Milam, Texas. Pastor George Ross will be officiating.
