Neil Henry Steele

Mr. Neil Henry Steele, age 71, of Broaddus, Texas, passed away October 18, 2024, at his residence.

He was born August 21, 1953, in Jefferson County, Texas, to parents Iris and Rodrick Steele III. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army. Other than his military time, Neil had lived in the Jefferson County area most of his life until moving to the Deep East Texas area following retirement. Mr. Steele had worked for Honeywell for a number years in various capacities.

His survivors include his son, Devin Colvin and his wife Megan of Bridge City, Texas; daughter, Regan Engelhardt and her spouse, D., of Dallas; and his brother, Rod Steele of Oklahoma.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2024, at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, located at 618 Block Street in Pt. Neches, Texas.
