Mr. Terry Early Justice of San Augustine, Texas, passed away Wednesday, August 28, 2024, at Harbor Hospice House in Jasper, Texas, at the age of 71 years, 1 month, 7 days.
Terry was born July 21, 1953, in Delbarton, West Virginia, to parents Herbert and Marjorie (Smith) Justice. He had lived in San Augustine for the past few years and attended Rosevine Church of God. Terry successfully worked at a few different jobs in his life and retired as the owner of a prosperous bread route. Mr. Justice enjoyed crafting with his talent at woodworking and carving, etc. Most of all, family and God were very important in his life.
His survivors include his wife, Vicky Justice of San Augustine, Texas; son, Heath Fuller and wife Tara of Pineland, Texas; sister, Jewel Ware and husband Nathan of Kingsport, Tennessee; brothers, Jeffery Justice and wife Katrina of Charleston, South Carolina, Elden Justice and wife Marcella of Blacksburg, Virginia, and Keith Justice and wife Julie of Princeton, West Virginia; grandchildren, Tristian Fuller and wife Rachel, Madison Fuller, Cudder Fuller, Chandler Fuller, Caitlyn Ramsey, Parker Ramsey, and Destiny Waltmon; great-grandchildren, Scarlett Retherford, Josiah Griffin, and Gracie Mae Waltmon; a sister-in-law, Delenia and Delton Billeaudeau; and a host of other family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert and Marjorie Justice; daughter, Cheryl Ramsey; sisters, Evelyn Walker Justice, Josephine Colburn, and Janice Lee Justice; and a brother, Herbert Justice Jr.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Monday, September 2, 2024, at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, located at 316 W. Columbia Street in San Augustine, Texas.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday, September 2, 2024, at Goat Hill Family Cemetery, located at 165 County Road 154 in San Augustine County, Texas, with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.
Pallbearers: Elden Justice, Michael Justice, Jeff Farley, Derik Lanicek, Delton Billeaudeau, and Wilton Parks. Honorary pallbearer is Heath Fuller.
