Tharin L'Ray Jenkins

Tharin L'Ray Jenkins, born on Friday, October 23, 1981, in Culver City, California, transitioned to his heavenly resting place on July 22, 2022, at 7:48 PM. He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, uncle, and much more to our family and friends. Tharin was the son of Mary Lue Jenkins and Harvey J Holt. He loved his wife, Jacqueline Erwin. Tharin studied telecommunication in Los Angeles, California, before moving to Houston, Texas.

Tharin was a man who enjoyed living life on his terms and maintained a heart for others. He demonstrated his love through his selfless giving, humble spirit, and the gift of making others laugh and smile. He had a walk, stance, and smile like no other. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline Erwin; father Harvey J. Holt; mother Mary Lue Jenkins; Silverine Brown mother of his two (2) sons and stepdaughter: Tharin L'Ray Jenkins Jr (TJ), Semaj Ikely Jenkins, Aiyanna Brown; stepfather Leland Watley Sr.; stepmother Rosa Holt; six (6) brothers Greggory Jenkins (wife Melloy Jenkins), Godfrey Wilson, Harvey Holt III (Chippey) (wife Amanda Holt), Leland Watley II (wife Holly Watley), Darrian Watley, and Trayvon Holt; three (3) sisters Crystal Wilson, Destiny Teagle (husband Demond Teagle), Tiffany Holt; one (1) uncle; four (4) aunts; twenty-two (22) nephews and nieces; and a host of cousins. He is preceded in death by one (1) cousin/brother James E. Williams Jr.

Tharin, is greatly missed by his loving family and friends, who hold him deep in their hearts.
